There’s an enduring legacy behind the layout at the Riverside Golf Course in Fresno. It is one of those classic gems, designed in 1939 by William P. “Billy” Bell, a great name out of golf’s past who was associated with many famous courses in California.  Over the years, we’ve kept that spirit of the past alive.  All the things that Billy Bell was known for -- distinctive greens and bunkers – are still here.  It is a great place to play for those who love the history of golf. Riverside continues to host the Fresno City Amateur Championships, the premier amateur event in the region.  This is a challenging course that’s known for its great scenery as well. Some of our fairways lined with majestic trees border the San Joaquin River, making for a picturesque round, the likes of which you won’t find for miles around.    ....Continue
